THE TEAM

The team at Little Orchard House Nursery have all been recruited by using our safer recruitment policy, which includes face to face interviews, fully enhanced DBS checks, two satisfactory references and further criteria to meet Ofsted requirements. The full childcare team are qualified with qualifications that meet statutory guidelines.  Every staff member including owners and chef will have completed up to date training for safeguarding and first aid.

All staff member will complete and work towards their own progression plans and be encouraged by

management to expand and develop their own knowledge by attending regular training courses.  We pride our nursery for

always creating a positive, happy and calm environment for children as well as for staff members.
